Jenny Karl is CEO for the New England Dairy & Food Council and New England Dairy Promotion Board, which works on behalf of 1,000 dairy farm families in five New England states to increase dairy demand and sales and connect people to where their milk comes from.
Her training as a registered dietitian strongly influences her belief that dairy is one of nature’s most perfect foods and that eating well means choosing real, simple and wholesome foods. She is passionate about communicating science-based nutrition information to the public and enjoys working with and for dairy farmers and connecting people to where their food comes from.
A native of Illinois, Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in food science and human nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science degree in nutrition communication from Tufts University, where she also completed her dietetic internship.
