This apple smoothie is perfect for fall. Make use of fresh, in season apples (frozen works too!) for an easy, fall-themed snack or breakfast. Plus, the mix of Greek yogurt and milk adds plenty of protein and creaminess.
Instructions:

Add Greek yogurt, milk, applesauce, sliced apple, and peanut/almond butter (optional) to a blender.

Blend until very smooth. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little extra milk until smoothie is desired consistency.

Add a pinch of cinnamon and maple syrup (optional).

Serve apple smoothie or store for later and serve within 24 hours.
