On September 23rd, 2021 we partnered with Jasper Hill Farm to host a free, behind-the-scenes live virtual tour of their working dairy farm and on-site creamery.
Jasper Hill is located in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom and is known for its award-winning artisanal cheeses. Their mission is to make the highest possible quality products while supporting Vermont’s working landscape.
New England Dairy registered dietitian Hilary Walentuk MS, RD, LDN joins Jasper Hill’s co-founder and CEO Mateo Kehler and Director of Marketing Zoe Brickley to guide participants through the farm and facilities, including the on-site creamery and underground cheese vaults. Live attendees were able to participate in a professional cheese tasting as the tour took place.
