The Taft family operates the only dairy farm in Huntington, Vermont as well as a maple sugaring business. Tim Taft has seen the effects of dairy farms going out of business and is working hard to keep the farm that he inherited from his great-grandfather alive. He cares for 270 jersey cows alongside his parents, Bruce and Mary.
