Even when his alarm goes off at 3:30 am, he still loves the life. “I wouldn’t do anything else.”
Jeremy Russo is a 6th generation farmer at Southwind Farm – his family farm in Rupert, Vermont dates back over 200 years. He graduated from Cornell University, but knew all along that he wanted to go back to dairy farming. Even when his alarm goes off at 3:30 am, he still loves the life. “I wouldn’t do anything else.”
Jeremy farms alongside his wife Jennie and their three kids. Together they care for 150 acres and nearly 200 animals.
The farm is a member of Cabot Creamery Cooperative.
