This coleslaw recipe has Asian flavors, it makes a great side on it’s own or can be used in other recipes like our fish tacos.
Instructions
- Place coleslaw salad mix in large bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour dressing over cabbage and mix thoroughly.
- CCP: Cool to 41° F or lower within 4 hours. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Mix lightly before serving. Portion with No. 16 scoop (1/4 cup).
