Hilary is a registered dietitian and Senior Nutrition Specialist with New England Dairy.
She manages New England Dairy’s Continuing Education program and health-related and university partnerships across the New England region. She enjoys precepting dietetic interns and educating future RDs about agriculture and sustainable food systems.
Hilary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed both her Master of Science in Food and Nutrition and dietetic internship through Framingham State University’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Food & Culinary Professionals dietetic practice group.
Prior to joining New England Dairy, Hilary worked as a clinical dietitian, where she provided inpatient and outpatient nutrition counseling.
In her free time, Hilary can often be found exploring the parks and beaches of Massachusetts’ North Shore with her husband and husky mix, Pearl, and volunteering as an adoption coordinator with a local animal rescue.
